Congratulations on finding the stupidest bit of law I have ever seen.
When I was a student there was joke version of the 3 laws of thermodynamics.
1 You can't get something for nothing.
2 You can'e even break even unless you are at absolute zero.
3 You can''t get to absolute zero.
And now we have to add;
Unless the equipment is at absolute zero it will emit radiation and is therfore forbidden.
(and possibly even at 0K it may emit radiation due to proton decay)
Are these guys born dumb or do they get up early and practise?
How can this law ever be used? Any defense lawyer can point out that the judge is an unlicensed radiation source and threaten to prosecute his parents for "producing" him. It reminds me of a passage from the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy. |
