cheap solenoid valve

cheap solenoid valve

Has anyone tried this cheap solenoid valves

to hold vacuum for some minutes

i don't expect much from them, but they may be worth a try

Almost certainly requires high pressure in one direction to make the valve open. Not really useful for vacuum.

It does not look pilot actuated. It might work. There are electric solenoid valves with kf fittings, I have one in KF16.

I know, but they are much more expensive
