New LabView control setup for vacuum system

Every fusor and fusion system seems to need a vacuum. This area is for detailed discussion of vacuum systems, materials, gauging, etc. related to fusor or fusion research.

There are tons of IO boards on ebay from ADLINK, Advantec, and others. Pretty cheap prices, I paid $50 for the Adlink one I used, it has 16 relay channels out and 16 5-24v digital inputs. Plus there are a lot of instruments that have drivers already so if you want to put together a nice GUI based system it is real easy if you dont know the coding to build one from scratch yourself.
