Mark, it would help somewhat if you let me know the diode package style. If it is non-standard, (as is a lot of the Semtech stuff), then maybe a picture would be in order. This would help me to at least track down the product family, in case the part is a special.

Hi Richard, These diodes are end stackable devices, physically identical to the S2HVMxx series standard recovery diodes which are good for up to 15KV @ 2 amps. Thats about all the info I have on these things.
