Charged particle beam textbook

It seems there has been a good deal of interest in linear accelerators and beam systems around here lately. Linked is one of the more useful online resources that provides a host of good information ranging from the fundamental theories to the practical application of such devices and related hardware.

That link is password protected.
The more reactive the materials, the more spectacular the failures.
The testing isn't over until the prototype is destroyed.

I rooted around the site and came up with this link that is not password protected.
http://www.fieldp.com/educa.html

It is an index page with three titles of interest:
Finite-element Methods for Electromagnetics, Principles of Charged Particle Acceleration and Charged Particle Beams

Following the links from that page will give you the option to download the files after agreeing to the terms of use.
