General -Theory- Quality of Plasma.

Plasma is created from heating atoms to extreme temperatures(~100,000 DEG),but atoms for the most parts have had time to equal out there charges. (some better that others). Which means the the plasma contains about a equal number of electrons - to proton +. the colder a plasma the more important the charges of the plasma particles. I think the if you could remove the electrons, because electrons are not what we are fusing. and produce a plasma with more proton and neutrons you could produce a cleaner and more stable fusion reaction. One way is to charge pump all the electrons out of the contaiment camber (assuming it a conductive metal ). Maybe not possible, maybe I am way off. but I would like your input.
