Dear Bernhard!

Wow - impressive! How long did it take you to build it? The chamber looks like if it was built by yourself!
What about end-pressure? The pump looks a little small for such a big chamber. is it tight enough?

And what about the HV-PSU?
So you have any specs? It looks also very small - thats great! mine currently has about 60kg!!

Good luck and have fun!

BR,
Werner

Dear Werner,
Yes, we built the camber ourselves. We have access to skilled welders and a plasma cutter.
The foreline vacuum pump is a Leybold Trivac D8B. It pulls a vacuum of 15 microns inside the chamber in a few minutes. The diffusion pump is an Agilent air cooled AX-65. The HV PSU is an Iseg GPS 350W -40 kV http://iseg-hv.com/en/products/ac-dc . It is very compact.
Kind regards,
Bernhard
