Does anybody have any information on the company Vacuum General? In particular mass flow controller data sheets. I can't find a thing online.

Vacuum General was acquired by Tylan (Tylan General), which was later acquired by Mykrolis. You might find info under the other company names. Which MFC do you need data for?

Cheers Jim - I'm looking for information on model FV6-11. Has a D-sub connector.

I'll have a look at Tylan/Millipore models wih d-sub connections, they may have inherited Vacuum General pinouts.

Tom, this image is reported to be of an FV6-41. https://www.artisantg.com/itemimages/VG ... _View3.jpg
Being from the same series, there's a good chance this is the same on yours. Maybe comparing some of the wiring inside would help confirm that.

Great, thanks for that. I've also got the seller to send me a copy of the pinout that he found and will compare. Betting they'll match.

Thanks Jim!

Question?

Why was this not in the vacuum forum?

This forum is for the originator of the first post to drop a useful file into that post.

No questioning posts should ever appear here.

I am the garbage man and will delete this entire thread soon

My bad. I thought it was appropriate as a data sheet/file was the desired response.
