Hey guys,

I'm selling a vacuum throttle valve and controller if anyone is interested: https://www.ebay.com/itm/112729532424?s ... 1558.l2649

Also, I have a VAT pneumatically actuated gate valve that I was going to list on Ebay, but haven't yet and a few other parts that I removed from a reactive ion etching system. I believe there is a thermocouple vacuum gauge and a bellows right angle valve too.

Thanks!
-Hunter

Is that a 6-inch conflat fitting?

I'm not sure how to measure conflat fittings, but the green throttle flap that moves is 3.75 inches in diameter (this is also the id of the valve).

Thanks, I just changed my login to my real name.

Conflat is normally measured by the OD of the flange in inches.

Like I said, it is a ISO-100 flange.

Thanks Jerry, I bid before figuring that out. Mistake purchase made.

I should be easy to make an adapter. You can use rubber seals to mate to iso fittings from conflat.

Sorry about the confusion, I didn't realize there were multiple vacuum flange types (apart from size differences). I've refunded the order.

The parts I have can be seen on the Google album linked below. In order of appearance they are:
1. Vacuum throttle valve and controller
2. VAT vacuum pneumatically actuated gate valve
3. 4" ID section with 1.6" ID and 2" ID branch offs and two 4" ID gaskets
4. Right angle bellows valve
5. T-section with DST-06M thermo-couple gauge
6. Two 2" ID O-rings and clamps

As of now all of these are still available, so if you want anything make me an offer. For some parts I measured OD and others I measured ID. However, for all of these parts there are only 3 different sizes (~5" OD and 4" ID, ~3" OD and 2" ID, and one with ~2" OD and 1.6" ID).
