Argon
helium
Neon
Response would be appreciated as I am about to buy one of these gases, because in my country it is impossible to deuterium.

Simple answer is NO, you can't do fusion with those other gases.

There isn't history of amateur fusion with anything in your list. To conduct nuclear reactions with Ar, He, Ne requires energies that can only be produced with large accelerators. You can certainly put these gases in a fusor and make pretty glow discharges.

Maybe you can buy some deuterium oxide on ebay and use electrolysis to get D2?
