Hoi!

Post by Chris_Ludeman »

Hi everyone!
Chris here, from Germany. I'm currently less into fusors - though that topic is definitely on my bucket list of projects - but I've got some vacuum gear I'd like to fix and this forum looks like an excellent source of information. In my free time I'm restoring a vintage scanning electron microscope. When that's done, I'll probably mod the optical column to be used as a source for an electron accelerator. I'd love to get my hands on blueprints of the Stanford Mark I travelling wave structure and rebuild that.

Hello and welcome; not very long ago we had an other poster here that was working on restoring an electron microscope, too. Certainly, vacuum devices are disused here.
