I'm Josiah Welch, I want to tie with Oswalt for the position of being the youngest person to achieve nuclear fusion. I have absolutely no experience with vacuum chambers, high voltage levels, deuterium, or machining, but I am going to try to build one. I'm also working on developing a programming language. Also to mention, I weigh 240lbs and my height 5,8, and I don't get invited to anything outside of church, so I do things like this for fun.
