I found the same cheaper ball valve on eBay!
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ball-Valve-Vac ... Sw44BYLVKy
The seller says the working range is 5*10-2 pa(maybe around 3 micron?). I plan to use this as a valve between the diff pump and the foreline. I was originally going to find a better used valve, but I couldn't find one that would satisfy me...I think this valve can withstand the pressure between the diff pump and the foreline, and solving the problem easily by attaching a KF T to the rotary pump, then attaching a vacuum ball valve to the side, and a cheap ventilation valve to the top.
Thanks!

I bought a valve! The only thing left is waiting...
