Topic deletion now works

Post by Richard Hull » Sun Oct 15, 2017 7:12 pm

I don't know what happened, but now I can delete the last posting in a ridiculous topic and the topic in the forum goes away, just like it always did.

This is a real win to keep out worthless clutter. Great work!

You're damned straight he is doing more work!! I hope all here appreciate his continued efforts. I do! His efforts have made garabage collecting a bit easier now and I can help in the trash removal and clutter reduction when I see it. I do not type out a reason for the deletion. I just delete.

Not having admin privileges, I just donate(d).

While we're on the topic of board administration, the new phpbb (as seen from here) is not putting enough space for the fields in the subforum hierarchy display. Is it that way for other readers?

Also, before the update there was a single button to jump to Active Topics index. Is that gone for everyone? On purpose?

All you volunteer admins deserve a hand.

The site was most likely optimized in this version for mobile which means it auto scales. Try adjusting your screen resolution or even just try adjusting your window size to see if you see a change in and out. As an example, here is my normal view

Rich Feldman, I received your contribution for the maintenance of the forums this morning. Thank you very much for that.
