Arcing

Hey need some advice
It’s not maken plasma like most fusors
Just arcing across grids
Any advice to fix this

Can attach photos when get home if needed

Steven,

I've seen some of your earlier posts and could never really understand what you are trying to do -- seems very different from what most others have done.

I think this type of question and discussion is more fitting for the New User Chat section until you get closer to some productive outcome.

Arcing across grids would indicate little to no vacuum in the chamber.
Pictures and full specs would be needed.

Rex, just perused his earlier posts. Definitely not a fusor and I agree about it belonging in the new user chat room.

Steven, read up on other folks fusors and the FAQ's...specifically the vacuum and HV sections. It will really help accelerate your approach towards a basic vacuum chamber and safe plasma generation.
