We would like to submit a report of a successful fusion run on 28Jul16. Maximum fusion count of 320 neutrons per minute detected by moderated 3He tube and Ludlum 2200 counter. Deuterium pressure 16 microns; electrical supply at 20.5 kV, 42 mA.

Nice writeup and a good report. However..........you did not do the one thing that proves fusion that you could have easily done.
You MUST run the fusor both with and without the moderator for the same period with the detector tube at the same point. Report each of the final counts.
Looking at your setup this would be abysmally easy to do.
Do this test and report back for confirmation. This will be the real proof.
