Max
you obviously have not read this forums header
Technical Do Not Post simple questions here, use the new user chat area

This question has been answered many times about electrostatic precipitators
time to read and learn, and not ask the same questions as many before you

John,
I did read the header, i asked here because i was not able to find the answer in the new user area.
I chose to ask in this thread because i saw many simple questions about something being "the right part"
Im sorry i caused you any trouble
However, my question is still unanswered

What would be the result of ground referenceing the positive lead? destruction?
Will it really supply the full stated current at 40kv????
10 ma isn't much current. Will the supply auto limit, (shutdown), at 10 ma?
Can it be fully controlled at current??

Don't know? Buy it and report back to us. Like most E-bay claims and wonders, the seller does not give good complete information we need and probably hasn't a clue on how to correctly answer inquires.

Tests have been run on a similar device and did not bode well for fusor use in a previous posting.

Take a chance...Its only a bit over 100 dollars. No big deal...Right?

Want a hard answer to your original question..........NO!
