Welch 3101/3102 turbopump documentation

I recently rebuilt a welch 3102 turbo pump up at University of Wisconsin Madison and had the documentation on the pump converted to PDF files. This is the complete documentation for the 3101/3102 series (virtualy identical) including operation and mantinance manuals and blueprints of the pump.
