It might be interesting to try Kodak Infrared Ektachrome, which is a false color IR film (IR->red, red->green, green->blue). You need a minus blue (Wratten 12?) filter. The only real problem will be getting it processed (the local 1 hour place won't do it...) The new EIR can at least be processed in E6 chemistry, but do some research on your lab, first.
