Hi all again, a friend donated to me 2 "UNI 2248-67 PN16" flanges. They are 316L stainless steel. he he he...
And are 221mm ID and 340 External diameter...
I'd like to adapt them to UHV use and weld em to the chamber. Does anyone have tech drawings of conflat flanges ? Or suggestions ? infact in my opinion i can use a turner and make grooves for the copper gasket or something else...
Is a 200 mm sphere too much ? ... it will be a ton of steel ? :)
