Neither of these are hot.(radioactive) They are stable helium isotopes and are not toxic at all as they are inert. Nonetheless, they are part of the waste products from a high powered D-D fusion effort. It is the Tritium which would be rough stuff, but, ideally it could be burned in the reactor is enough is produced, and it should be made in roughly 50% of all fusions.
