I am relatively new at this. I found some old articles in applied physics and just found out about this site from searching the web.
I recently recieved a used X-Ray head from an Orthodontist friend I know. They said it was still working. Has anyone had experience taking one of these things apart and extrating the transformer?
Also, I bought some tantalum wire but I can't spot-weld it at my friend's spot-welder. It looks like a pretty old model. Does anyone have any ideas?
