I feel that a basic website with information on the fusor along with FAQ's, photo's of working systems, schematics, suppliers, documents etc., along with a usenet newsgroup would do the trick fairly well. I can offer help with creating basic HTML pages for use in a site, though i'd need materials submitted via email as mail to Australia would be too slow. I dug up a website: http://www.usyd.edu.au/su/oldnetting/news/extra/ncreate.html with information on how to create a newsgroup which may be of some help should that prove an option (creating a newsgroup).
