Ryan certainly seems like he could make a go of the domain site work. It would be work, but it sounds like he is ready to do all that needs to be done to make it happen if the concensus swings away from staying put here at intranets.
This was the only other option I was happy with.
Yahoo is a bust so far as I am concerned.
