A lot of members of the group have interesting links to recommend... reading this message from M Hecht has given me the idea to create a new "discussion" thread just for links and comments.
There is a "group links" section that appears on the front page of this site (one of the features that I liked when I chose it). Those links are available to all members, but can only be created by the site administrators (currently myself and Richard Hull).
There is nothing sacred about those links, if anybody finds one they thinks is important, post a comment to that affect here or e-mail me directly, and I'll add it to the front page.
Links of a more "curious" nature would be well place in the new "links" forum.
