This seems to be an "interesting thread" Reverse Gyrotron? The very name instills the skeptic in me... From what I know of Scott Little's work, I am fairly comfortable with him. It seems I am a little "out of touch" with "Mills" Sorry, but I am a "newbie" What is this all about?
