I think that it is only fair to mention especially for those of you who do not know or remember this, that Dr. Bussard has been in a very similar situation once before with another fusion device which at the time he was also certain would reach break even. Actually, if I'm not mistaken it was a Tokamak device and it is in storage. I hope history isn't repeating itself.
