I envision that the storage tube would be small .. say like a small electron tube. Once vacuum was established it could be sealed off! Mass production could be possible.. This could be off the shelf from electronic wholesalers. Positron annialation leaves no residue in the tube. You guys pretty much gave up on thermonuclear fission with boron. Here is a way to do it without high temperatures. Just gangs of neutrons colliding in a blanket of b11 and b10 n+b11=14mev +he4 +li7 or n+b10= 14mev +li6 li6 + n = he4+t3 li7 + n= 2He or li7+n = he4+he3+n The residual gases from the boron blanket could be fed to a fusor.
