This is a problem old as man itself. The creator loses control of his vision. Not because of disciple problems or group communications but rather complexity. The American Experience ran a story on the superbomb. The people in charge of the super felt Teller would come up with a new idea everyday and want immediate implimentation. Resulting in caos. Edwin Teller felt that Los Alamos was dragging its feet so to speak and left his project behind on the verge of it's realization. He founded LLNL to compete with LA.
