I'm a 17 year old high school student who is, among other things, interested in nuclear science. I'm graduating this year and I'll be attending the University of Michigan in the fall.
I first heard of the fusor over last summer. At the time I had next to no knowledge about vacuum, high voltage, and the other fields related to amateur nuclear fusion. At this point, I've acquired a fair amount of knowledge in my pursuit of this topic, and I've started getting some parts together as well.
I would like to build a high quality system, so I'm planning on taking my time to do it right without spending obscene amounts of money.
