As of 3/7/01, the site is there. A couple of notes:
1) As others have noted, there is NO detail or schematics to follow, so this can not be reproduced or verified.
2) I noted that one of the 6 types of fusion he lists is "laser z pinch fusion". Laser fusion is Inertial Confinement, and is a completely different mechanism from Z-pinch. Z-pinch, or reverse field fusion is a type of magnetic fusion.
3) I couldn't clearly get what he was claiming he did. Was it just an electric arc?
4) On the other hand, I suspect that a particle beam powered by a tesla coil could pretty easily produce 1000 neutrons/second, so maybe there is some slight merit to hisa claims. The claim "just below ignition" doesn't appear to be a reference to any type of break-even, though.
5) On the whole, not very well written, and therefore very suspect.
