Quite a few years ago, I had a Norland...MCA/MCS with a 200 MHz digitizer. We were using it for partial discharge detection and analysis. Had selectable number of channels from 256 to 8192. We had an optional 7K basic programmer built-in for remote operation and DLing. Output was serial from 300 baud to 38.4K.
I have seen them since in Tucker's catalog.. and there are probably more around in surplus stores. Don't recall the price, though might be a bit much...
