I think the most straight forward approach for this beast to determine approximate battery voltage would be to hook up a DC supply and keep on inching up the voltage until the battery test reads good. I don't think I could hurt it this way.... Whatever tha battery is, it's one that takes ring lugs rather than snap-on connectors.
