Lots of interesting info as well.. The REMbrandt(tm) says it has a senstivity of 80 bubbles/mrem (8 bubbles/uSv). The Neutrometer-S is 6 bubbles/uSv.
If 1 mrem corresponds to 8 n/sq cm, and you are at 50 cm from your fusor (surface area=31,416 sq cm), then you'd need a neutron rate of 250,000 n/sec to get a 1 mrem/sec. Say you are at 10,000 n/sec, though. After 25 seconds, you'd have accumulated 60-80 bubbles. This is a couple of bubbles/second...
