Now I know enough. Ok for the counter, I'm happy to see these are easy to buy on the surplus market.
For the Oscope, I think I will have someone to give it to me for a while, or rent it... I don't know what to expect but the price for a new or used one should be a little high... Maybe in the meantime I win a lottery :)
