Yup, Ve is around 10^6 meters per second and Vc is around 10^8 meters per second (3 x 10^8). I allude to these newfangled particles as underlying light propagation, not the velocity of electrons. I contend these particles produce electromagnetic characteristics. I called them "Q"s at one time, short for quantum, but later decided to hook onto the ellusive neutrino.
