I don't understand what you are saying. Relativity has nothing to do with calculating cross sections. And autodynamics? I think we got our wires crossed somewhere.
My point is that sigma - aka the cross section for fusion - is a measured value based on a very specific experiment. As such, there is the possibility of making the particles more susceptible to fusion by changing the way we manipulate them.
