We have discussed all of this before on the old list and recently on this new list on other topic forums. Black Light has been around for over 10 years. Their efforts are laudable, but replication in the hands of people who I am confident of, is not happening.
The fusor has not been used to work into the BLP tests. Other gases might be fused in a fusor, but no one has tried due to costs, better performance seen with D-T, etc.
I have not been holding my breath for someone in this list to try anyhting along these lines. Not money, no advanced skill sets, no licenses for the purchase of exotics, etc.
