Tnx Richard... I have 2 diffusion pumps now :))) had them for free, but dont ask me how (good friend)
One is a Edwards Diffstack E50/60 air cooled, the other is a Model 63 water cooled... this one has a valve on top also, to facilitate operations.
I have also a Edwards oil pump, it is a dual stage rotary, the model is E2M-1. (needed for backing up, right ?) This one needs to be refurbished cause it is loosing oil... yes it was free too :)) in the next days I will be looking for someone to do the job for me... or I will do it instead !
The vacuum system will take a little time but this components look good to me, any suggestion ?
Apropos, the model 63 diff.p. has some more connections of the E50/60, can someone explain to me the use of these ?
