Pfeiffer should be sending me the controller and turbo manuals, if as you say they have good schematics, I can make up the cables. The only promlem now is getting the connectors. Any suggestions?
The turbo pump has a stainless screen in the input, and the controller has a standby switch whicl is the partial power mode mentioned by Steve.
It looks like my Welch 1400 is good for 25 microns, as measured with a thermocouple guage, with direct drive oil changed three times, but no flushing oil used (I have to order some). If the turbo is working how much lower will the vacuum go, assuming no leaks?
