In a diffusion pumped system, how many traps and filters do I need ? Valves ?

I thank anyone can give me instructions on how to build a
diffusion pumped chamber.

I am startin from near zero, since I have:

1. Mechanical pump
2. Diff. pumps
3. A pirani gauge

A a good link can do the job too :)
