No, I am not sure they will fit, Tom. Yet, despite Welch's statements, one has to wonder why these old pumps are fitted with what Welch calls an "Vented Exhaust plug (Part 24). I actually don't know what the Ballast Valve assembly looks like, either. At less than half the price of the components, I would not be surprised if it was somewhat different. I hope to take both plug screws out and see which, (if either) lends itself to being the ballast input. Haven't yet had the time to do a thorough checkout.
So stay tuned. We figure it out yet.
