Duniway and other sources sell Quick patch ~$20.00 which is satifactory for most micron level work. Needless to say that is about the limit.
Electron beams will outgas and vaporize the stuff to where the fusor will be pressurized like a truck tire! Make sure none of the epoxy is directly exposed within the chamber.
