I've been reading a lot of discouraging things here. Is Dr. Bussard just finding an excuse to squander more tax dollars, or does he think he can do it? Realy a bummer, just got a copy of Newtonian Electrodynamics and started reading about tunneling and plasma focus.
And I also just reasoned that a tunneling particle is a particle twisted by radiation reaction, and radiation and magnetism play a role in increasing the probability of fusion.
