Needless to say, there were no pre-war fusion ideas specific to spherical collider use. Elmore, Tuck and Watson also did some work (mostly theoretical on fusion in the spherical device contemporary with Farnsworth (1950s). The current group of publications are mainly put forward by Miley's group at Univ. of Illinois.

>Are there any research articles that came out after the second world war? I can't seem to find any (most are before the Great Depression). Could someone give me some citations (they don't need to be formal, just Journal, Vol/Issue, title of article and author would be nice, maybe the date, but that's not nescisary, I can't spell.) I need to do this for my research proposal.
