Yes. These machines can be set as high as 40kv and supply up to 10 ma or more. Older, 40s-60s, GE supplies contain the indestructable Kenetron vacuum tubes under oil and are usually about as good as the day they were made. A light weight one of these old units would weigh 200lbs.
