In some of the cases, although not all. In particular, it's not clear for the single-ended plastic caps, b/c not all caps of that series are listed on the website. It does give me enough to get a sense of the life span and capabilities of the caps.
>They also have doorknobs elsewhere in the site. For those, you want to be careful to get N4700 dielectric, which is rated for pulse/discharge operation. Otherwise, the bastards will crack on you. I know from sad experience 20 years ago, when I built up an ArF laser using High-K units instead. I was always having to take the damn thing apart to hipot all the caps and find the little s.o.b. that had ruptured itself. The High -K units also have a lot of dielectric absorbtion, so that when you discharge them, they will sneak back up to partial charge again and bite you if you aren't careful.
How do I tell the difference between the two?
