New Bell Jar topics article

Post by Richard Hull »

Steve Hansen remains in contact with me I post his notice below for those interested. Much can be picked up at the bell jar regarding vacuum technique and projects, etc.
I will post from time to time his announcements of the latest additions here. check out his work and offerings for the beginning vacuumist.

The February 2020 issue of the newly revived amateur vacuum newsletter
"the Bell Jar" is now available. It may be directly downloaded as a pdf
from http://www.belljar.net/tBJ_February_2020.pdf

It, and other publications and articles, may be found at
http://www.belljar.net/articles.html

This issue includes a detailed description of an easy-to-build basic
vacuum education tool suitable for middle and high school level classes.
This was intended to be a companion to the VPAL-A (Vacuum Principles and
Applications Lab - Advanced) but it never went to market. Also covered
are details on my pseudospark electron source and information on several
articles about vacuum gauging that have been published in Vacuum Coating
& Technology magazine.

Fusion is the energy of the future....and it always will be
The more complex the idea put forward by the poor amateur, the more likely it will never see embodiment
