My apologies in advance if I have missed the obvious.
I have had a few possible issues with my grid design that were not entirely unexpected. I even had my own
example of the "famous" walking grid ie my grid was twisting and turning in the chamber during operation.
I am currently trying another idea that I found on the forum, cutting notches in a thin SS tube and spring
loading the tungsten wires. This may work just dandy.
However I keep running across a grid design by Jon Rosenstiel. Lots of people like it very much. Unfortunately
the threads that talk about constructing this grid have dead links to photos or other visual aids.
Does anyone have a drawing, photograph or clever description of this design?
Cheers.

Alan,
For the past couple of days I’ve been working on fixing the missing images but don’t recall if I’ve fixed the one(s) you’re looking for. I should have all of my missing images fixed in another day or two.

Jon,
That will be great. I fired up the chamber with the notched grid a little while back and it's working. But my first iteration worked
for a few sessions until it good weird looking. I;m looking forward to seeing your idea.
But according to a thread you started any old grid does some fusing.
Jim,
That was the video I watched earlier today. It made me feel less special Now I'm not the first experimenter to take my grid for a walk.
Cheers.

Alan,
A search for: “Tungsten cathode, no welding required” will find the now repaired post.

Jon,
Brilliant. As with all good ideas it quickly became "Why didn't I think of that?"
Thanks so much for taking the time to repost the information.
