Matheson lecture bottles in the 20 and 50 liter STP uses a CGA 350 connection. Make sure you order the copper crush gasket for it as well.
To be sure, when you order your cylinder, ask the seller what connection you will need. They should be able to supply a CGA adapter to most any gauge set. My adapter cost about $20.00. My local welder supply house took care of the whole deal for me for under $175.00 when I ordered my first 20 liter bottle. I have since picked up a 50 liter bottle Which was about $250.00. I still have plenty in my old 20 liter tank, but squandered over half of it in my original manifold which had a huge reservoir. Now I use a CO2 cartridge as a reservoir at 2 PSIG.
